PRODUCT OVERVIEW
We are proud to introduce the Chord Collection, which is a versatile hand loomed made-to-order wool and polyblend product. Enclosed you will find 9 color combinations, with the surface of the carpet displaying a polyblend yarn (the upper level of the carpet), and the base, (the lower level of the carpet) woven in wool...which gives Chord its unique textured look. The Polyblend (upper level( yarn is available in a total of 24 colors based on the standard color pom-box. The lower level wool portion, which artistically peaks through the carpet, can be ordered as is or custom-made with your particular color preferences.
Create Your Own Personalized Chord Carpet
• Start by choosing one of the 9 standard color combinations, that are enclosed, that were produced as readily available suggestions.
• Production time is 6 weeks + shipping.
• Or, choose from the 24 colors of the polyblend yarn, for the upper level of the carpet, that are also available and are stocked at the factory. If you don’t custom color the lower wool portion, production time is 6 weeks + shipping.
• Our mill has assured us that they can produce and ship carpeting up to 15’ wide and any length within 6 weeks!
• When putting together an order, keep in mind that the 24 color pom-box enclosed, represents all of the colors considered standard polyblend ( for the upper level), and you can order this quality along with any colored wool of your choice for the lower level of the carpet--at no extra charge. Production time is 8-12 weeks + shipping.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Harcourt Collection has relationships with all major transportation services and finds the most reliable and secure methods of transporting your goods to its destination. If you have a relationship with one courier, please provide us with your account number to secure your shipping rate. We will ship all carpet and rug orders using this specified account unless otherwise instructed or stated. If you would like us to utilize our relationships, we will include shipping charges on your sales order as well as final invoice. Prices varies, so please reach out to customer service for a quote if you’re unfamiliar with our shipping methods.
